cool rite? it's all customised to our position...n only mine says coach..so cool rite? i so honoured man...i set up EXol jus tinkin it's fun n all n i can play abit here n there la. tat's all. but i'm thought of s the coach..woah...so honoured...

we had our 3rd game in the year end league wit not the whole team down...but we made it. we won. yes i must admit the other team wasn't very strong but i must say EXol played hard. n when i say play, i mean PLAY. have fun. tat's how our team works. we jus have fun. no stress, no pressure.

i'm sure there some people out there who's tinkin wat kind of team we r man. so rowdy when go for friendly....keep talkin nonsense n laughin during game..n i really mean talkin nonsense...even our cheer is ANYHOW EXOL!! not all the times..but sometimes when we jus in a mood to have fun..

y so serious? most of them r already training hard n serious in their clubs n schools..isn't it jus nice to come to a training where we jus have fun wit no pressure? dun get me wrong..we train properly n warmups n all. stil safety 1st..we jus play to enjoy. n guess wat...we play damn good tat way...our chemistry is evident...coz we jus love to pal around wit each other..

after card playin n tryin to stack cards up...we're got bored n were wondering wat to do. jolene damn borin lor..haha...'i'm not a card person'....blah blah...anyway, we did get sometin to do. we did wat most tai tai's do when they get bored...we went to the 'hair salon' for a change of hairstyle...for jolene...

focusing on the good..

i spent all my workin life wit kids...watchin them grow from dorky 8yr olds to solid n wonderful preteens. n when they can consider me their fren n wana hang out wit me, tat's one of the best rewards in tis job.

but sometimes, there're one or 2 who jus change. n not really for the good. imagine when they used to readilly listen to me coach, smile n laugh wit me during training, look towards me for encouragment. den suddenly they can say they jus cant be bothered to even c me.

n all becoz of wat? parental influence? pride jus becoz i dun consider her to be the main player in the team coz of her lack of commitment?

anyway, let's not look toward the negative n towards the positive. all tings work out fo the good remember?

had a few of the oln gals come my place. only bout half the team..but these 5 gals made my day. they really showed me how much they've appreciated me.

ware they're going..

hey...

i dun really like to tink bout ware my gals go after they leave pri schools. it's totally up to them n their familes. but i got news bout some of them n m pretty happy for them.

sharmaine got accepted in SOTA. way to go gal!! some sec school teachers were a little dissappointed when they heard about it. they felt they were losin a good potential defender.. but y like tat? she stil has other opportunities.. i've already invited her into EXol. afterall, she's a ex ol gal..cant wait for her to join us. i tink it's great tat she's going SOTA. tat way, she can persue both her interests. drama n netball. she wun be overtrained unlike if she goes into a mainstream school n train like crazy in netball. in SOTA, netball can b a hobby for her. somewhere for her to let off steam. she'll b an even better player den..

richelle got accepted in RGS. so proud of her. she'll do well in both studies n play. very determined n smart gal. cant wait to c her in years to come n c how she's blossom. hope she grows taller. come on richelle!! hit 1.8m!!

jiloti got into cedar. tat's great. she needs tat good environment. she's pretty easily influenced by people around her so cedar will b great for her. i got the feelin n jus know tat tis jiloti is gonna b a force to reckon wit. she has so much potential n talent in her jus waitin to burst out of her.

shirlene got accepted into st nics. great school. for studies but not so for netball. we'll wait for the psle results to come out to c ware she can go. if she can make it to cedar also, tat'll be great. if she decides to stay on in st nics, tat's fine too. she'll do great wherever she goes..

shiying is on waitin list for cedar. tat's fine s she's a smart gal n she'll make it to a good school jus based to her results. DSA is jus somethin for her to fall back on.

charmaine from olgc got into RGS. really really really happy for her. she's a really smart gal wit lots of skills who needs people to believe in her.

eriko did not get into RGS n she was pretty bummed out. tat's coz tis gal is a prefectionist. she's my only gal who'll study during training break. can u believe it? fantastic rite!! her mum n i so believe tat she'll make it to RGS on her own. she do not need DSA!!

1st training...

it's been awhile since i posted anythin.

wanted to blog bout EXol 1st fitness training last week but kinda forgotten bout it. wanted to bring a camera tat day to tat some pics but guess wat. i forgot also.

but training was great man. it was fitness training. i din train wit them s was stil suffering from a crazy cough.

they started out wit a long run. it wasn't tat long but the route was crazy. serangoon gardens is no joke for runs man!! the hills n slope is crazy!!

den to chartwell for the strength trainings. did alot plyometrics. steps jumping. upper body workout also. dips, pushups etc.

den we ended off wit everybody's favourite. plyometric long jumps!! tat really killed everyone!!

heh heh.. the best part was, some of them had pesta sukan round 2 the next day. n they were all walkin like pregnant ducks on tat day!! haha...

but training was good overall. can c the team buildin up together. wil have next trainin next week.. wil remember to bring the cam also so snap some shots.
